In order to leverage a connector, the workspace needs to have Wdata enabled in order to access chains and utilize the connectors.

Connectors can be enabled and disabled from the Configuration tab within Wdata under the Connector section. The Workspace Owner role is required to access Configuration and only Organization Security Administrators can enable or disable connectors.
